Herbal Honey

Infusing herbal medicines in honey is an ancient practice. Honey is a powerful substance that preserves the strength and quality of the herbs that are combined.

Our herbal honeys are made using miticide, Antibiotic, chemical free raw honey, sourced in our local area.

We slowly sun infuse with botanics, the honey draws out the essence of each herb, Sweet blends that support balance, vitality, and everyday wellness. A delicious way to nurture the body naturally as a daily preventative. 

These herbal honeys have been created using organically grown herbs harvested directly from our land or wild foraged. If some herbs are not seasonally abundant, we will source from a local organic herb grower.  These herbal honeys have been created with deep intention, thought, love and gratitude for the plant spirits and the Bees. 

These are wonderful mock-tail honeys to make a cold delicious refreshing summer drink.

Drizzle over porridge. Smear on toast. Eat by the spoonful. 

To preserve the enzymes in honey, do not cook with or heat over 40 degrees.
