Herbal Ghee

Our Ghee's are infused with nourishing herbs to draw out their healing and restorative properties. Ghee acts as a powerful carrier, allowing the body to easily absorb the nutrients and benefits of the medicinal constituents of each plant. Each flavour has been specially formulated to bring different benefits to the body and overall wellbeing.

Our Ghee Range honours one of Ayurveda’s most sacred foods - ghee, the golden essence of clarified butter. We use Australian grass-fed ghee from unvaccinated cows, rich in fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, and deeply nourishing to the tissues and nervous system. In Ayurvedic tradition, ghee is said to carry herbs and nutrients deep into the body’s cells. When blended with honey, botanicals, and nutrient-rich oils, it helps enhance vitality and longevity.

Ghee is also celebrated for its digestive friendliness (usually tolerated well by those who are sensitive to dairy), making it both a culinary delight and medicinal ally. 

How to use our Ghee's:

Eat by the spoonful - Add to porridge - Spread on toast - Add to a smoothie - Blend into hot water, or milk of choice to make a creamy frothy tea. Or add to a thermos cup and shake

(Ghee and water/milk need blending or shaking to homogenise. Stirring only = oily layer on top of tea) Blending = frothy yummy oh so worth it
