• Marshmallow root soothes irritated mucous membranes, easing dryness and soreness.

Breastfeeding use:
When a mother takes this remedy, the soothing qualities of elderberry, marshmallow, plantain and gentle aromatic herbs can be transmitted in small amounts through breastmilk. This can provide soft, indirect support for babies experiencing seasonal irritations or general chest discomfort. Passing herbs via milk creates a gentler, more appropriate level of herbal action for very young infants.
Safety note:
Not suitable for infants under 12 months to take directly. For breastfeeding babies under one year, use only via the breastfeeding mother.
